"Sinceramemnte realmente decepcionada con esta oficina, tengo bastante tiempo con ellos y esta aseguradora realmmente valia la pena cuando la obtuve hace 10 anos y la agente Rosa era muy amable, y respondia a todas mis dudas la unica persona que realmente es profesuonal es Flora, y he tenido muy mala comunicacion con Daniela, Joanna y Maggie, nunca contestan a mis llamadas les dejo mensajes y nunca regresan la llamada e incluso me han mentido diciendo que ellas no estan en la oficina y sorpresa voy y ahi estan, y hace un mes recibi una carta de cancelacion de renovacion de mi poliza y nunca contestaron a mis llamadas me presente en la oficina y no recuerdo si fue joanna o DAniela pero cuando les pedi ayuda simplemente me ignoro y le volvi a preguntar si me posia atender y me dijo que no porque ella ya se tenia que ir y no tenia tiempo para mi en eso salio Maggie y me atendio y me aclaro unas dudas y me dijo Maggie que me regresaria la llamada a mas tardar una semana y nunca lo hizo. sinceramente zero profesionales y sobre todo una de ellas creo que deben tener codigo de vestimenta y no dejar que una de sus empleadas ande ensenando los senos y los gluteos con su ropa escotada y sus vestidos y short super cortos que cuando se agacha se le mira todo, si esa es su manera de atraer clientes hombre que poca credibilidad y etica tienen porque deberian de hacer bien su trabajo y cuando uno tenga un problema ustedes puedan ayudar y asesorar a sus clientes. Daniela, o Joanna por favor cuiden su manera de vestir tan poco profesional espero que su Jefe Victor sepa de quien estoy hablando"
